Here's that rusty old toilet flange. It's difficult to imagine that this thing is still usable. But apparently it is. I can't imagine how in the world this thing would be removed and then replaced with a new toilet flange given all the rust.
Note that the floor, although nasty looking is coated only in old glue and stuff from the vinyl flooring removed during demolition.
