Here we see the grandeur of the shower stall doors in their closed position. At least they do a good job of keeping water from getting into the floor and causing dry rot. Dry rot still happens because no shower stall lasts forever.
Depending on materials used, a shower stall can last anywhere from 20 to 30 years. With this bathroom remodeling project, were hoping for 30+ years given the quality we're insisting on.
